Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation email

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@skyboxtrading.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@skyboxtrading.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
